This year's conference title is 'Knowledge creates the future', with speakers challenging potato businesses and researchers to develop their vision for the future and to take concrete steps to put it into action on Day 1 and workshops on a range of on-farm production challenges on Day 2.
This year CUPGRA is especially proud to host the inaugural Eric Allen Memorial Lecture, 'Understanding how potatoes grow determines how to grow potatoes', with reflections from Robert Allen, Neil Gudmestad and Mark Stalham. Delegates are also invited to the Potato Barons’ Christmas Feast in St John’s College Great Hall on the evening of 14 December, with guest speaker Nick Vermont.
The conference is sponsored by Frontier Agriculture and Grimme UK and organised by NIAB CUF.
